Exchanges 

 

At Little Miss Hope we offer 30 a day exchange and refund policy on all full priced merchandise. Sale items are not included so we encourage you to please choose carefully. All refunds will be processed upon receipt of goods - all items returned must be unopened (where relevant) unworn, unmarked and complete with tags. We will contact you once a credit has been processed. All exchanges will incur an additional postage fee.

 

Payment Options

 

We except Visa Card and Mastercard via the safe gateway of Paypal. You do not have to be a paypal customer to use your visa or mastercard.  If you would like to pay any other way please contact us and we can arrange an alternative. 

We also accept Direct Deposit - please contact us for our details.

 

Sale Items

 

Please choose carefully when buying sale items as our exchange/return policy does not include these items.

 

Stock

 

We have endevoured to represent the most accurate colours where possible but please be aware that some colours will vary depepnding on the type of monitor you have. If for some reason you would like more information about a particular product feel free to contact us - we will be more than happy to help.

 

VIP Clients

 

To become a VIP client you must spend over $450 in a calendar month and thereafter you will be eligible for a discount each time you purchase from our boutique. You will be provided with a coupon code (that you input at the checkout) to claim your VIP discount. 

 

Faulty Items 

 

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us immediately and we will replace it for you.

Out of Stock Items

 

We will always endevour to keep our website updated and our stock replenished so you always receive the item you order and pay for, however if for some reason we miss something we will contact you immediately and either give you a full refund, exchange or a credit note to spend at a later date. The choice is yours. If there is something in particular that is out of stock that you would like please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.
